STUDY #5 - Bespoke Aerospace Training
“We are a major blue chip aerospace company
and require a tailored welding technology training
course specifically aimed at our aerospace products
for a broad range of personnel. We would like the
course on-site if possible. Can you provide us with
a proposal please?
Weld-Class Solutions responded by carrying out a free
of charge site visit to discuss the particular requirements
of this internationally recognised company. During
this visit a training needs analysis was carried out
and a course timetable was produced along with session
outcomes for the approval of the client. The client
had a specific requirement to include their own internal
procedures and practices as well as a very broad range
of aerospace welding technology related subjects.
A successful two week training programme was carried
out for the company at their site in Bristol which
saved the company significant accommodation and travel
costs associated with sending the course members away
for a residential course.
