CASE STUDY #7 - World class technical expertise
In 2011, Weld-Class-Solutions were approached by London lawyers acting on behalf of a client involved in a welding related accident which resulted in a fatality.
A Weld-Class-Solutions technical expert visited the lawyers and collected the relevant details and prepared a technical report based on the assessment of other expert witness reports and evidence. This effort contributed to the case being settled out of court.
The following is the response from the Lawyers:
“I write to inform you that the matter has now settled. Accordingly, you will not be required to attend Court on (dates). Thank you for your assistance which has been greatly appreciated”.
